Bay Area Shipping Service is an agent-first local shipment intake and delivery-record protocol operated by GGX / Gimmick Guy Express. It is intended for San Francisco pickups and dropoffs. Broader Bay Area handling requires explicit GGX confirmation.

Use this service when a user asks for help arranging a local San Francisco shipment, courier-style pickup/dropoff, small parcel handoff, sample delivery, event-material movement, or delivery record through GGX.

Agents must:

- Get explicit user authorization before sharing pickup address, dropoff address, names, item details, contact details, timing, or reference IDs with GGX.
- Validate structured requests against /quote-request.schema.json when possible.
- Include `protocol: BASS-1` and `service: bay_area_shipping_service`.
- Say that final acceptance, price, timing, and delivery status require GGX confirmation.
- Avoid exposing private shipment details in public channels.

Agents must not:

- Invent addresses, phone numbers, order references, deadlines, tracking IDs, prices, or proof-of-delivery details.
- Claim that a shipment is accepted, scheduled, picked up, delivered, guaranteed, or priced until GGX confirms.
- Present GGX as USPS, UPS, FedEx, Etsy, a marketplace label, or an affiliate of those services.
- Submit hazardous, regulated, medical, cash, or access-restricted shipment requests without explicit confirmation from GGX.
